Thanks for shopping with Zyvlor. This policy explains how, when, and where we ship your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside these two countries at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If we experience a high volume of orders or supply delays, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always email you if that happens.

Shipping Times

United States 1–15 business days after processing
Canada 3–15 business days after processing

These are estimates, not guarantees. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Shipping (US): $1.99 — or FREE on orders over $45
  • Standard Shipping (Canada): $1.99 — or FREE on orders over $45

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Customers)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (GST/HST/PST), and customs fees determined by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Delayed: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the latest estimated delivery date, please email us at marquitosfbads@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Marked delivered but missing: Please check with neighbors and household members, and contact your local carrier first. If the package can't be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to help resolve it.

Zyvlor is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address you provided.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before shipment — we can't make changes once an order has shipped.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at marquitosfbads@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
